Property Description

EXCEPTIONAL AND UNIQUE acreage- this property fronts the Squamish River for approximately 1/2 mile with access by way of the river (boat or float plane), helicopter, or on foot by way of the trail head. There is a bluff that rises on the left hand side of the property which has been partially cleared with additional timber on the remainder. One third of the property is in the ALR which would allow for one building of significant size (lodge or recreation centre). Other two thirds of the property is unzoned without building or development restrictions. Creek on the right hand side of the property as well as the only access trail to Lake Lovely Water. The Tantalus Range Provincial Park is on the boundary to the west/north west.
